We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Pls check details on the page ‘REFUND POLICY’. We’ll cover the shipping fee of returning.   1. Can my products be repaired after a long time of use?

We provide a two-year warranty. Please feel free to contact us for any product problems, we will be very happy to solve it for you.

  1. Can your products be shipped to my country? And where my products are shipped from?

Our products can be shipped all around the world. All of them will be shipped from our factory based on 18F, 16F, Haining Square(North), Xinqu Ave, Longhua District, Shenzhen, China

  1. How long will it take to get my products? And how can I track my item?

Time will vary based on where you are. After your products are shipped out, we will send you an email with all its tracking information. Normally, you can track your package on the website https://www.17track.net/en with the tracking number provided.

  1. What should I do if I can't find the payment method I want when checking out?

  1. Will there be other charges when products reach my country?

The answer is no. We’ll not charge you more.You don't need to worry, there is no other invisible consumption here.

  1. When will my items be shipped out?

Our business hours are Monday-Friday. Orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped within 48 business hours after payment has been cleared. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm will be shipped within 48 hours next business day. 

  1. I really want to buy from you, but I can’t find the type I want?

Pls don’t worry. You can send us the product type you want. We will send it to our engineers and try our best to reach your goal.
